Guest guest Posted December 25, 1999 Report Share Posted December 25, 1999 Happy Holidays and Happy New Year: The list received recently a posting that was a private email from a member to someone else and it is not clear whether the addressee belongs to this list. More important, the contents of the message was inappropriate and violates the rules stipulated in FAQ of the list. We the moderators fully understand that the member is in good standing and the member has good intentions. However, the subject matter is private and is unfit for a spiritual forum. This list wants to maintain its integrity and is quite strict in enforcement of the list policies. Consequently, this message is removed from the archives and future messages from the violating member will be moderated - the member can continue to send the messages but message will be released after approval from the moderators. The list policies are quite clear and if the violating member continues to send inappropriate messages, the list will remove the posting privileges to the member. These actions are necessary to maintain peace in this forum and the moderators are obligated to perform their duties without delay.
