I signed on to this forum to become more aware of philosophies of which I am merely familiar. I have studied religious texts in their original language such as the Old Testament, New Testament, the Koran as well as other writings in Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek, Sumerian, Akkadian, Phoenician, Ugaritic, Latin, German, French, Italian, Old Norse, Spanish, etc. The Vedas since they are written in Sanskrit, an Indo-European Language are of interest to me. Scanning thru the E:Mail postings it appears that I have differing philosophical frame of reference. I am available to engage in discussions or will be content to peruse the postings.
