Dear Antoine,

Is calming the mind necessary to "see", "become" or "be" what is behind

it?

Very cogent and perceptive question! Perhaps the answer is No. But it may be

necessary if only to REALISE that you are seeing (or rather that you ARE) IT.

But then again, what does it matter whether you realise it or not, since you

anyway are already IT.

------

To Realize oneself, some could say... Does the mind needs to be

dragged, "dissolved out of personal choices into the substance of

peace", for us to meditate? In other words, does meditating require any

form of action? or sentiment?

------------

Again, I would answer No.

Best wishes,

Nitin

Dear Nitin Trasi,

It took time between your reply and mine. Yet nothing as changed really.

Just fascinating...

I guess it is the first step to surrendering or simply being...

Joy,
