namaste,

Some more questions and comments:

Truth can be 'known' only by becoming IT

(becoming one with IT).

++++Yes

Logic has its limits in illumining or achieving this

oneness.

++++Yes

Koans are one way of jumping the hurdles of logic.

The statement : 'understand free-will is programmed',

would fall into this

category, would it not? It would be like asking the sun

to understand what

night is!

++++Yes and no. The human intellect can

understand concepts that are beyond its direct

experience. The challenge is to take concepts

about Truth as a hypothesesis to be verified by

direct experience. Not just believe them.

The statement there are mysteries unknown to

Buddhas is also not logical; by

definition.

++++It is logical. A Buddha has no way to know

how existence is actually created and destroyed,

***** Existence is NEVER created and can NEVER be destroyed.

for example.

As Gita says:

" svayamevaatmanaatmaana.n vettha tvaM

purushhottama ." (10:15)

Thou knowest Yourself by Yourself Alone.

++++Old scriptures are the experience of Buddhas

from long ago, recorded by disciples and

translated into various languages. Their relevence

to transformation herenow is often limited.

The most potent words are the fresh message

from Source in these messages

****** The Gita's relevance is ETERNAL. it is to be lived in the here and

now.

Regards,

Sunder
