Administrative Guidelines

When you send your reply to a posting, it is a good idea not to include the

entire

article of the poster. Such duplications make your posting too long and

necessarily

occupies more storage space of the computer harddrive. We should remove

unnecessary portions of the article while sending the reply. Such editing will

help

everybody, the posters, the readers, computers and the archives. Let us follow

this

win-win strategy and reduce unnecessary flow of traffic in the international

superhighway! Most of us do follow this rule and this suggestion is for new

entrants and persistent violators.
