Guest guest
the Vedas tell us, "all this is brahman." the Particulars within It, as we commonly allow them to captivate us to the point that we forget about their source in brahman, is how all the trouble began. such an occurence [which may be termed a 'primal disconnect'] is the thing that thwarts us and is also the thing that must be disabled. the significance as to the reality of the jiva or ego is itself infinitesimally relevant. as well as what other jivas might judge of [one's own] jiva, is equally infinitesimally relevant. what is the implication of the term 'infinitesimally relevant'? plugged into the Whole or the Totality of What Is [as the brahman Self], it becomes thus relatively insignificant as it's absorbed back into the source of Being. thus the jnani is *constantly* connected to the brahman Self...so that anything projected out from It can really have no sway over his own primal Essence. this is the implication of moksha [or freedom from the exclusive sting of the Particulars]. as such, the Particulars are yet considered part and parcel of the Reality; however, they'll no longer have any significant impact on the individual. the impact they had *prior* to this [shift into jnana] was intense because of his failing to realize their source in brahman. it's really just as simple as that. what is paramountly important to understand in all of this, is that for the jnani *the connection to the source* in brahman is never lost, regardless of whatever Particulars are confronted/encountered in the course of Life's events. om shaanthi
