My idea 'bout the story:

God has created the world and it is his business to care for it. He

does whatever needs to be done whether somebody induces him to do it

or not. It's feeding time and the babe is hungry. The Mom is aware of

it and she is indeed gonna feed it. Just then the babe cries out and

the Mom comes over. It is not that she feeds her babe just 'cause it

cries; she isnt going to let it starve if it doesnt cry.

Also the babe could cry for anything (not just food). It lacks

discrimination and doesnt know if the thing it wants is really good

for it. Now, the Mom thoroughly knows what is good for the kid and

willnt entertain its cries if it is harmful for the babe. Yet again,

she feeds the babe a sour medicine though it may cry out its throat

unwilling to take it.

One should know that the Mom is all care and grace and cannot see

her babe in trouble even if the babe may refuse to ask for/take

her help due to a streak of ignorance/displeasure. Hence a kid will

do well by relying on her to take care of its best interests and

not worry itself about it.
