Atman comes and goes?

Thus you see that when it is said that the Atman comes and goes, it

is said only for facility of understanding, just as for convenience

in studying astronomy you are asked to suppose that the sun moves

round the earth, though such is not the case. So the Jiva, the soul,

comes to higher or lower states. This is the well-known law of

reincarnation; and this law binds all creation.
