EMAIL: eGroups offers three email commands for changing your delivery setting for a group. Sending a blank message to the following addresses will alter your delivery settings for the group specified. <advaitin-normal > changes your delivery setting to Individual Emails. <advaitin-digest > changes your delivery setting to Daily Digest. <advaitin-nomail > changes your delivery setting to Web Only. WEB: 1. Visit your My Groups page. (/advaitin) 2. Click the arrow on the drop-down menu in the "Delivery Options" column of the page. 3. Highlight the setting you would like to elect for the corresponding group. (You may elect the same delivery setting for all of your groups using the "Set all of the above to:" drop-down box at the bottom of your My Groups page.) 4. Click the "Save Changes" button. Members may modify their delivery settings at any time and as often as they would like. Please do not hesitate to contact or advaitin list moderator for additional help.
