Advaitin List Second Anniversary

We are happy to announce the "Second Anniversay Day"

of Advaitin. We want to thank all the members for

their support and cooperation during the past two

years. We currently have 245 members and we had over

6000 postings archived at the Website (an average of

10 articles per day).

 

The list was started on 31 August, 1998 by a group of

10 founding members and five of them are the current

moderators. The first home for this list was

CoolList.com and we moved later to the present mail

server. The list greately benefited from so many

scholarly members who had dedicated their time in the

eradication of illusionary ignorance. The list wants

to thank everyone for dedicating their time in

posting, reading and forwarding the messages.

 

At this time, we want to specially recognize Frankji

for his tireless and active service to the list

inspite of his bad health for quite sometime. He is a

good friend and great guide to his fellow moderators

and members of this list. He is knowledgeable,

compassionate, considerate and most important, humble.

He never hesitated to appreciate any scholarly

postings. His nickname, 'egodust' explains his

unassuming attitude and his desire for public service.

With his presence, the list is blessed and will be

blessed for ever!
