Thanks, Sunder. The reference to the varaaha upanishad was very interesting.

The school I used to attend gave us some dictation (!) during the last year

in which I attended that addressed these but they failed to provide a

reference. I rather liked it. There was a slight variance in spelling - I

don't know which is correct:-

 

shubhechchhaa

suvichaaraNaa

tanumaanasaa

sattvaapati

asaMshakti

padaarthaabhaavanii

turiiyaa

 

The text is about 4 1/2 pages of A4 (letter). I do not know who wrote it but

it was obviously considered sufficiently important to devote a number of

sessions to it. Unfortunately it is handwritten so I cannot scan it in but I

would dictate it / type it in if there is sufficient interest.

It is a great idea to devote a number of sessions on this important

topic. I guarantee that there will be sufficient interest and it is a

great opportunity for you to type and enlighten your fellow friends of

advaitin list. I want to thank you in advance for undertaking this

noble task.

I am interested Dennis. I have studied the seven stages discussed in

YogavashishhTa and would like to learn varaaha upanishad version.
