mayi - all inflections of the pronoun 'aham', namely maam, mayaa,

me, mat, mama, mayi: should be referenced to verse 10:20, where

Bhagavan reveals His true identity as : aham aatmaa (I am the Atman).]

[yukta: Gita's definitions:

j~naana-vij~naana-tR^ipta-aatmaa kuuTasthaH vijita-indriyaH .

yukta iti uchyate yogii sama-loshhTa-ashma-kaa~nchanaH .. 6:8..

"The yogi whose soul is satisfied with wisdom and knowledge, who is

unchanging and master of his senses, to whom a clod, a stone and a

piece of gold are the same, is said to be controlled in yoga."

yadaa viniyata.n chittam aatmani eva avatishhThate .

niHspR^ihaH sarva-kaamebhyaH yuktaH iti uchyate tadaa .. 6:18..

"When the disciplined mind is established in the Self alone,

liberated from all desires, then is he said to be harmonized in

yoga".]

[shraddhaa:

shraddhaamayaH ayaM purushhaH yaH yat shraddhaH saH eva saH .. 17:3..
