In the fine tradition of ‘A Course in Marigolds’,

I present this pungent offering-

 

 

This is a course in onions. It is a required course.

Only how much onion you use is voluntary. Free

will does not mean that you can create your own

onion. It means you can elect how much you want

to peel at any given time. The course does not aim

at consumption, only preparation, and cooking.

Digestion is beyond what can be taught.

It does aim, however, at removing the dead rings

of old onion, that obstructs the Cooks Love, and

Her presence, which is your natural Flora and

essence. The opposite of Love’s essence, is a fear

of onions, and their true nature, but as their Truth

is all-encompassing it can have no opposites.

 

This course can therefore be summed up very

simply in this way:

 

The Truth of every onion cannot be threatened.

Onions in themselves do not exist.

 

Herein lies the reality and taste of onions.
