Guest guest
Dear friend: Thank you for your information regarding Hindi Translations of Sri Bhagwad Gita. I live in Chicago and the ISKCON temple here has a small library. The only books they carry are the ones authored by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and his desciplic gurus. I am attaching a reply I received which has some additional information which may be useful. Thanks again. Sudhir -------- For Chinmayananda's translation, write to; Central Chinmaya Mission Trust Sandeeepani Sadhanalaya Saki Vihar Road, Bombay 400 072, India They have branches in US also but I don't have the address handy. Perhaps you can search on the web. For Jaydayal Goenka's commentary and Shri Ramsukhdas' commentary, write to: Gita Press PO: Gita Press Gorakhpur, India For all others, write to: Sanmarg Prakashan 16, U.B. Bunglow Road Jawahar Nagar, Delhi 110007 --- There is a book in Hindi - which was put out by VHP of America that has the translations of the verses in Hindi. While it does not have extensive reflections on the text, there is enough translation of the verses to help those that are not too familiar with Sanskrit. This was very recent publication (around March 2000) and cost $5:00. The address is in Rockville/Gaithersburg, MD. Contact No 301-670-9429; 301-258-8995 email: prayagraj Hope this helps. ---- - "Sudhir Malhotra" <idea_boy > >I am looking for Hindi translations of Bhagvad Gita.
