gItAsatsang: List is looking for discussants

This is to re-iterate Murthygaaru's plea for more 'thinking

aloud'. As the 'antiphon' at the beginning of each posting says,

everything that we say about Reality is a prayer and a praise, and

not for scholarship only. As Sri Ramakrishna said, a child's first

spoken letter 'mmm...' is just as sweet [or sweeter!] to the mother's

ear as 'maamaa, mummy' etc.

 

For a start, I shall list some key words/concepts in the 6th

chapter[verses 1-4 to be posted 3/1/01], and invite members to

comment briefly or lengthily on any of them!

Dear shri Gummuluruji,

 

Your thought and request to all members to participate

in the ongoing Gita Sangh is very well stated.

Just because there are no messages regarding the

ongoing topics in the Gita does not necessarily mean

that there are no viewers or readers for the thoughts

presented.

 

The very meaning and purpose of satsangh is to learn

from each others thoughts and experiences on any on

going topic.

 

Personally I will endeveour to do my bit in this

regard and will look forward to be enlightened further

on the same.
