Guest guest
In this group of friends why are we discussing social issues such as youth?and why youth from india in particular? Now days most of the issues are global issues .A lot depends on how the youth perceives the world around him or her.If the society around is engaged in hot pursuit of material gains, especialy the parents, the youth is going to pursue just that.Since this is not a forum for social lamentations ,let us continue the discussions on advaitic philosophy. Who has to decide that the youth is doing work half heartedly? Passing a judgement on some one's value system is a dangerous precedence. We all should examplify the value system by how we practice what we have learned from the spiritual studies. By the way, we recently came across an english translation of Jnanashwara's treatise on advaitic philosophy, a spirutal gem. It is known as Amritanubhawa. If the esteemed members of this list would like to read a few lines from this book I will be glad to post it. Again, no offence is meant towards Mr Hudli Nirmala Limaye
Guest guest
Namaste Nirmalaji, Please do post any lines from Amritanubhava, especially the ones that would amplify the Gita verses presently under discussion. Thank you. Regards, s. advaitin, slimaye@a... wrote: > By the way, we recently came across an english translation of Jnanashwara's > treatise on advaitic philosophy, a spiritual gem.
