Vedanta, Guénon and Coomaraswamy

Hello everyone:

 

I am a new member on this list. What I have heard about Shankara, Vedanta and

hinduism comes

initially from René Guénon and Ananda Coomaraswamy ... and many sacred

scriptures of course.

And many other authors, like Eliade and so called gurus like Sri Aurobindo, for

example.

 

Do any of you have a commentary about Guénon or Coomaraswamy's writings on

Vedanta? Is it true

that in Vedas, Upanishads and the whole sacred scriptures there is not the idea

of

reincarnation, but the different ideas of metempsicosis and transmigration?
