Rick, Jerry & I have practiced TM for some years. I have Maharishi to thank for teaching me how to transcend. After that, one learns that the transcendent is immanent within form. Form is not just empty, emptiness is also form. imo, Regards, Col
Guest guest
Hi Colette, I wanted to comment on something you said the other day, regarding the joy of singing bhajans, etc., vs. just sitting in the transcendent. My most profound experiences in the TM Movement have been in Maharishi's presence, due to the power of his darshan and the devotion that stirs up. Transcending, as you say, is wonderful and is the basis of everything, but the waves of bliss that arise in the presence of a saint are beyond description. That's why visiting Ammachi is such a joy. Have you seen her yet or will this be your first time? -- Re: New Member Introduction: Welcome to Sri Jerry Brown advaitin, advaitins moderators <advaitins> wrote: > Namaste: > > Let us welcome our new member, Sri Jerry Brown Welcome Jerry (whom I also know from another list.)
