I already see the benefits in reading the various postings. I am a retired HRD professional. I worked for the World Bank at Washington D.C. for twelve years. Before that I had worked in India in the private sector. After retirement I returned to India to take care of my old widowed mother. I am now settled in Bangalore. My wife and myself are doing free community service by training children in personality development, offering counseling, conducting workshops for teachers and parents in schools, etc. We find it a soul satisfying experience. We do visit US periodically to meet our daughter who lives there. While at DC I had participated in Gita study groups. My academic background is mixed with a master degree in Mathematics, Cost Accountancy, and management training. I am fortunate to be associated with all of you.
