Guest guest
OM GURUR BRAHMA GURUR VISNU GURUR DEVO MAHESHVARAH GURUH SAKSHAT PARAM BRAHM TASMAI SRI GURVE NAMAH OM NAMAH SIVAYA OM NAMAH SUIVANANDAYA Blessed Self, I agree with Sri Murthy, Sakshi Bhava is difficult to cultivate and Nimitta Bhava is easier to cultivate. Both Bhavas lead to the same end. Its better to choose the easier route specially in the Kali Yuga, rather than fatten the ego by "following" a complex, complicated path having a track record of failures in recent past. And more importantly as Sri Murthy hinted, it leads to "I am Sakshi" - this can in the case of aspirants bolster Ego. Nimitta Bhava starts off by striking the Ego at the very outset. If the ego is killed everything else comes automatically, every day I learn to believe this more and more.
