Guest guest
Namaskar. The lord also says an interesting thing in the Gita: maya tatam idam sarvam, jagat avyakt murtina; matstani sarva bhutani, n cha aham teshu avastitah n cha matsthani bhutani, pasya me yogaishvaram; bhuta bhranna cha bhutastho, mam atma bhuta bhavanah. I was stuck in understanding this verse for a long long time. Then eventually I got it. The lord is talking about the relationship between satya and mithya here. >From the beings partially enlightened standpoint it can be said that that all beings are in the lord, but the lord is not contained in any of these beings. However, from the lords standpoint there are no separate beings. The lords aisvaram is such that he can say, n cha matsthani bhutani; >From the point of view of the sadvastu, mithya does not even exist. This verse is so similar to the mahavakya, "Na Asato Vidyate Bhavah. Na Abhavo vidyate satah." I had never imagined the truth to be so pure yet so simple. Varma. > > > In Geeta Lord says: > > Sarva bhuutastam aatmaanam sarva bhuutanicha aatmani - I am in all > beings and all beings are in me. > > Same is stated from bhakti point - yo mam pasyati sarvatra sarvancha > mayi pasyati - who sees me everywhere and everything in me. > > Stages one can talk about only in terms of vyavyahhara or in the > purification of the mind through karma. > > Hari Om! > Sadananda > -- > K.
