Guest guest
Namaste, Could anyone clarify - whether the Dahara Upasana as eloborated in the concluding part of the chandyoga Upanishad, is actually an Upasana or is Brahma Vidya itself. i have reasons for this doubt. Guest guest
Namaste, It is my understanding that the terms vidya and upasana are equivalent and interchangeable. Have they been defined differently somewhere? The answer to your question may be in the Brahmasutra commentary, at URLs listed below: http://www.swami-krishnananda.org/bs_1/1-3-05.html http://www.swami-krishnananda.org/bs_3/bs_3-3-01.html Regards, sunder advaitin, "venkata subramanian" <venkat_advaita@r...> wrote: > Namaste, > > Could anyone clarify - whether the Dahara Upasana as eloborated in the concluding part of the chandyoga Upanishad, is actually an Upasana or is Brahma Vidya itself. i have reasons for this doubt. > > > > S.
