With the name like Suurya and being a devotee of Lord KrishNa how can you be abusive. Self-insulting in terms of thought, word or action is considered as undesirable. Vedic sage addresses us - shrunvatu veshwe amR^itasya putraa-s - "listen OH! Sons of Immortality!" - Self is ever pure, the rest is ignorance. The book you have is the best.
