Guest guest
The all pervasive "I as I" pulses in the Heart and illumines the mind with the constant flow of intuitive knowledge, which when focused on releases related meaning and inspired words. When the mind becomes still, these words are heard and lead back to the source of their inspiration. When the words written refer to the abidance in the Self, the Self is felt pulsing "I as I" in the Heart (Hrdayam), drawing the mind inward. With continued practice of Kundalini Yoga, this Truth and inward Knowledge emerges in the consciousness of the True Man and True Woman as simple pure Awareness of pervasive "I as I." ================ Ok, but how do you manage to write so much about it?
