The whole world, to such a soul, who is one with Brahman, is like the

Garden of Indra.

All the men and women are wish-yielding trees.

Water found everywhere is the sacred waters of the Ganges.

All the deeds done are virtuous.

All the world's cultured or uncultured utterances are the

declarations of the Vedas.

The earth itself is the holy Varanasi.

And all his actions are concerned only with Paramatman.

Shankara

from 'Prayers Unto Him', p. 192;

1985, publ. Central Chinmaya Mission Trust

Regards,

Sunder
