How difficult it becomes to make sence out of nonsence.... And isn't that what we have been doing all along! Furthermore, I don't think there is any chance for sincere spirituality unless you free yourself from annoyance. You may know, people have asked Pujya Gurudev Swamy Chinmayandaji on why he cracks somany jokes during a very serious Gita and Upanishad discources. And you may know that he used to irk a lot of people who take spirituality to be a very serious matter (kind of rocket sceience learning in MIT :-)). Gurudev's answer is known to the world, so I need not state it again.
