Guest guest
hariH OM! although alluding to the current world matters, there is [what i believe to be] a vital insight in the following relevant to the quest for Self-realization. as sri edgar pointed out, the basis of *all* religious ideology is *universal*! and what emerges therefrom, specific to each culture, is merely cloaked in different terminology and ritual, based mainly on the development of each given culture. as a result of this *very common* failure in insight, we not only maintain an exclusivity and unwarranted sense of superiority based on *our* religion, we're now finding ourselves on the precipice of a nuclear war in kashmir. (please note!: if anyone has any comments concerning the socio-political matters involved, please email me personally, refraining from posting such observations to the List, which rightfully has strict policies re this. comments concerning the subjectmatter of the universal religious aspect [as per this post] of course would be welcome to the List.) the ironic thing here is (and this is an oversimplification of course [especially since dealing with radical fringe elements within the religious movements involved], but the point can still be made) that the two religions involved, hinduism and islam, respectively represent the first and last of the major world religions. where islam is the flower of [what i like to refer to as] christism, christism the flower of judaism (technically cabalism via tribe of judah), and judaism the flower of vedism of sanatana dharma! this latter is based on theosophic sources, among them a passage in h.p. blavatsky's SECRET DOCTRINE, where it shows that the ancient hebrews' origins were in the indus valley (land of bharath). this and other theosophic sources explain that the white, brown, and black races are aryans [of ancient indian origin]; the red and yellow atlanteans, and the "blue blacks" [of australia and new guinea] lemurians, where the second and first so-called "root races" (the hyperboreans and adamics, respectively) are extinct. beyond this, however, it's important to realize the common denominator of ALL people is their humanity. as sri sathya sai baba says, "there is only one race, the race of humanity." where, foundational to this is that there is only one World, one Universe, one Life: the World, Universe, and Life of brahman. (as originally the gnostic freemasons had described it, "as above, so below.") what will happen has already happened, and it is good regardless, because despite appearances in cases to the contrary, the soul advances in ways beyond our capacity for understanding, since such potential understanding is rooted in Relativity. within the week i will be posting relevant information sourced from bhagavan sri ramana maharshi in support of my recent postings concerning the nature of the leela, and clarifying what i contend is an erroneous conclusion that the world is blatant illusion. i believe this will cause some serious re-thinking, or at least consideration. namaste, frank - Official partner of 2002 FIFA World Cup http://fifaworldcup.
