Rather than singing them, sing my Lord at thiruppugalUr. You will get here itself, food and clothing (basic needs fulfilled) and also will be relieved from sufferings. Afterwards there is no doubt about reigning in the shivaloka. Notes: 1. paravaiyAr told cundharar to feed the devotees of the Supreme on the day of panguni uththiram, there was need for money. Where else will cundharar go ? He went and worshipped the Lord at thiruppugalUr and relaxed a bit outside keeping some bricks as pillow. When he woke up saw all those bricks had become golden ones ! Charged by the Grace of the Supreme, cundharar sang this padhikam that is a much needed advice to the world. 2. When people have thousands of biases and keep their wealth close to their heart, by worshipping the mean ones how much will they donate selflessly ? All the help they do may come with lots of strings attached. They themselves may be begging somewhere else for their betterment. So they giving something to us may in turn depend on what falls in their bowl from somebody else ! When does one lead a happy life ? When the basic needs - like food, shelter & clothing - are met and most importantly mentally peaceful. The Grace of God takes care of the needs of the devotees and for them always Its guidance and protection is there, so no need to worry. Above all these It also provides the glorious gift of residing at shivaloka, which no one else would be able to provide. So why not beg to our Lord shiva ? 3. In this complete padhikam cundharar very beautifully elaborates how all one tells glorifing lies in order to get the favour of those who absolutely not deserve it !! 4. iccai - pleasing; en^dhai - my Lord; immai - here/now; kURai - clothing; ammai - there/later. ===== --------------------------- Visit Shaivism Home Page at http://www.shaivam.org --------------------------- Autos - Get free new car price quotes http://autos.
