It is a pleasant surprise to have the posting of Bhaskarji's

quote of Prasad Kaipa's article. The article by itself reveals

the effectiveness of Prasad's organised analysis and synthesis

of the principles of both Vedanta and Management. Members on

this list have been asking for practical methods for spiritual

growth. Spiritual growth cannot be isolated from one's living.

Prasad Kaipa's work-cum-writing is a good example. I would like

to add the following to give this list some additional notes

about Prasad.

Prasad Kaipa has been a friend of great value to me. He has a

unique talent of picking up the essentials from any interaction

that he holds, and from any book that he reads. It was he who

picked up my article on the Four Character-types of all human

minds and was able to, after a careful research with some of his

co-workers, incorporate it in the form of a mood analysis for

use by his organization called SelfCorp. This analysis helps

executives to tap into one's inner genius and develop personal

mastery. In fact Prasad suggested I take up the work of bridging

this mood analysis with the thoughts from the Gita that I had

built into my article on the character-types. When I told him

that I did not have the expertise or the perception for

Management principles to take up the task he sent me the book

called 'The Guru Guide - The best ideas of the Top Management

Thinkers' (1998, John Wiley), for me to read. Unfortunately, I

am yet to read it. I would recommend members to go to

http://www.selfcorp.com

for a better understanding of what Prasad Kaipa has achieved and

is further set up to achieve.

Bhaskar, Thanks for bringing Kaipa's article to the knowledge of

this list.
