Dear all,

 

All of us invariably are aware and agreed in the undisputed need for Self-Effort

(Allow me to use this terminology) to attain,realise and be in, and as,

"Knowledge".

 

The self effort is invariably in the form of "Meditation". (It is rightly taken

for granted that the stages of 'Shravana and Manana' have been crossed.

 

The "Anubhava" of our many individual sadhakas will be very useful in the

development and understanding of the process of 'Meditation' for the readers to

reflect upon and emulate if possible in their own effort for enlightenment.

 

(Let me be frank here and confess that I,as a mumukshu , have very little or

nothing to offer in this regard at present,and a selfish motive may not be

ruled out here)
