IMO, I find this type of quote, ties together the

ultimate teaching of the Buddha Gautama and Advaita

Vedanta. I see only difference in method and approach

between Gautama and Sankara. One has to take into

account that Sankara had a wide audience and was

talking and teaching the same truth at different

levels of awareness, depending on his audience.

It is a mistake to think that Gautama was an atheist,

one could say that about pure advaita, for there is no

God Concept, or Saguna Brahman........ONS......Tony.

You are right, Tony. When the "cycle" breaks, theism ends. It is not

replaced by atheism. Atheism is negation. There is nothing to negate

then.

 

To come to things mundane, enlighten me please. What is ONS?
