is not for discussion and should be treated for information. The

purpose of this list serve is to facilitate spiritual discussions and

the list has no intention to entire discussing controversial legal

matters. The established institutions of Sankara do only public

service in uplifting and purifying the mind and spirits of those who

seek those services.

 

Nations like India and USA protect their citizen's freedom of

expression and property rights through legal means. Countries that

protect freedom expressions face new challenges to cope up with the

problem. The Indian Civil courts will be able to establish the heads

of the religious institutions on the basis of information provided by

the concerned parties or individuals. Those of us who are interested

in the welfare of the Sankara Institutions should provide generous

contributions to those institutions so that they can survive the

court battles and dangers from miscreants.
