Dear all,

 

At the outset, i would like to express my sincere appreciation for accepting me

as a member in your esteemed group.

 

I take this opportunity to assure you that I will refrain from abusive and

unacceptable language, and would abide by all the rules governing this e-group.

 

My name is Shankar, and I reside in Madras, India. I am a follower of Advaita

philosophy by virtue of being born in that school of thought. I wanted to know

more about the same and that is the purpose of my joining this group.

 

For the time being you will find me as a passive member, in the process of

learning, which I hope to gain in plenty from you all.
