Guest guest
Peace is the light that illuminates the world and the True Human Nature is to remain at peace. Peace is always within and a search for peace is just a futile exercise of the mind. We chant three times "Peace, Peace, Peace," to express that our heart is always filled with love and to realize happiness, our mind needs to be at peace. The significance of three chants, "Peace, Peace, Peace" is the recognition of three kinds of peace: (1) Adhiboutik:- Recognition of the fact that peace is not an object. (2)Adhyatmik: keep body, mind and intellect from sensory perceptions. (3)Adhidaivik: keep peace undisturbed by forces beyond human control. The last chanting of 'peace' expresses our earnest effort to get the Divine Grace by surrendering our ego to the Lord. Om Shanthih, Shanthih, Shanthih !!! Om Peace! Peace!! Peace!!! Peace!! Peace!!! Namaste and Dear Shree Ram Chandran Ji, May I modify Sir, #2 above, as keep body, mind and intellect 'free in spite of' from sensory perceptions. ---- #1 wonderfully implies that peace is the natural and ever-present state (svadharma). #2, #3 follow from #1. My 2c. Regards, Raghava
