Guest guest
Namaste: Yesterday, I mentioned a website on Ramesh Balsekar. As I was exploring that website, I found a rendition of Ramana Maharshi's famous Upadesha Saram: http://consciousnessstrikes.org/upadeshasarnam.htm Surely, most of you are quite familiar with this work. However, I mention this particular version because: (1) It elaborates a bit more than other somewhat cryptic translations such as : http://www.ramana-maharshi.org/music/upadesa.htm (2) It sheds authoritative light on our recent discussion, including nondualism and even (in my opinion) similarities of Advaita and Madhyamika, and (3) It is brief and succinct yet quite vast in its coverage. Unfortunately, it is a bit hard to read on my monitor. Om! Benjamin
