Sadaji, how about presenting your Upadesa Saara talk on the List in

instalments. The last I heard on it was from a disciple of Sw.

Dayananda Saraswathiji about seventeen years ago. I would,

therefore, like to revisit the ocean of that great work with some

expert help. Please do include the text too.

PranAms.

Nairji,

Taking to the audience is onething but putting that on the paper is a

big task particularly with my language skills. I will see if they can

tape the talks. I canot promise but I will try to work on it. Thanks

for asking me. Yes it is one of the beautiful works of Bhagawan. I am

hoping He will take over the presentations.

Namaste,

Sadaji had recently referred to his lecture on Logic of

Spirituality, and Prof. VK has summarised it in Message # 4238 of

2/27/2000; the thread runs through till Message # 4432.

Regards,

Sadaji,I know jealousy is a very dysfunctional emotion but that was exactly what

I felt for all the residents of Washington. The simple solution of Shri Nair did

not occur to me. Though I very much appreciate that this will be tremendous load

on you, I cannot help but second Shri Nair's request. As an alternative can I

make a suggestion. May be some of the listeners can take down notes of your

lectures and after you have approved the notes they can be uploaded onto the

site as a file. For this if the notes are faxed to me, I can do the transcribing

into word document. can this be worked out? My pranAms to you,Venkat.

My browser says message #4212 (not 4238), but you got the date right!

Namaste,

Glad you found the message ! My browser refuses to change its

opinion!! It is 4238 on all the tries!

For future references, it may be best to include Title,

author, date.

Namaste,IMO,

Emotions are emotions are energy, they do not know their name. It is

we or our mind that gives them a name and a function.

We too often savour our emotions, we indulge in them, enjoy them,

relish the feeling of attachment, whether it be joy or grief it is no

matter.

It is like Ishatadevatas and Gurus, we call our own Higher Self by

their name and then presume it is they that are doing

things..........ONS.......Tony.

Dear Sadaji,

I will second Sri Nair's request for talks on the Upadesa Saara. If you can

organise good tape recordings, I'm sure many on the list would be interested

in purchasing them. You do need someone who knows what they are doing

though, quite a number of recorded satsangs or lectures that I have heard

have been practically useless because of low volume or poor quality sound.

Best wishes,

Dennis
