I used to think Jesus was a myth as well, until I got into Vedanta/Hinduism and Edgar Cayce. I understand Chritianity much better after understanding Hinduism. Weighing all the evidence provided by Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, who saw Jesus and followed that path of worship, and many other Swamis; I came to the conclusion Jesus/St Isa, was a historical person. This was backed up and cross referenced with the Edgar Cayce akashic readings. I'm not sure of the idea of avatars, it is a concept, for we are all avatars. I've mentioned this before and I think Jivanmuktas are more advanced than Avatars/Bhodisattvas/Buddhas, for they have no ego at all. I believe Jesus was a Jivanmukta probably. He studied in India under the Jains, the Brahmins, and in Leh under the Buddhists, before returning to Palestine via Russia, Iran, Greece and Egypt ( which was the spiritual home of the Essenic sect he came out of, and where he took his final vows in the 'Kings Chamber', of the Great Pyramid as did John the Baptist.........ONS....Tony.
