Guest guest
I didn't get it either. One speculation is that it's not really about primary vs secondary qualities or substance/attribute, but about something else. The difference between an object and knowledge of an object (he might be saying), is not such a big distinction at all. Because knowledge of an object is merely another, more subtle, kind of object. The pot is one object, and the knowledge of the pot is another object, occurring at a more subtle level. That's only a guess though! And I might need a translation as well, into KISS English. :-) --Greg On 6/11/03 09:35 pm kuntimaddi sadananda (kuntimaddisada) wrote:

--- ombhurbhuva <ombhurbhuva wrote:

>
> However then we have to consider how 'the object and
> its knowledge differ'.
