I actually agree with every word here! I have read a great deal on

Near Death Experiences and the like on the web. I try to sort out

the bogus from the credible. In the end, I have formed opinions just

like what you say here. These opinions are also consistent with

philosophical ideas regarding consciousness, karma and so forth.

Indeed, I believe that Moksha is not some eternal escape from color

and form but rather learning to live appropriately with the illusion

of color and form, without attachment or sense of identity and

doership. The illusion then becomes the beautiful Lila of the Divine

Consciousness. It is already this for those who can see it. As our

consciousness becomes purified over successive lifetimes, the colors

and forms (i.e. 'worlds') become more beautiful and peaceful, as they

reflect our state of mind. For example, I think that the reason this

world has carnivores is because it is a 'mid-level' world, where

sattva is combined with tamas. It is neither heaven nor hell.

(Well, for some people it is sometimes hell.)

Namaste Benji,

Yes it is all all a leela whilst in the body, when the body is

dropped for the jivanmukta it disappears as never happening.

Yes this plane is one of the lower hell planes, especially for humans

who have more discrimination than animals and so suffer more

mentally.........ONS...Tony.
