Guest guest
dear prof, pranams i fully agree with what you say about maha periyaval's view on soundharya lahari. i would like to narate an incident in periyavals life which might be also the cause to his jivan mukta stage. he happened to visit one place in vizag where there is a maruthi asram. this place belongs to late mr krishnamurthy iyer who was devoted to the lord there. i had been fortunate to have seen the place and interacted with him.here when this man was alive the lord exhibited his powers and leelas by eating the offerings given to him. mr krishnamurthy never even published it nor took any milage out of it. he invited the maha periyaval to come to his house and worship the idol and he agreed to that. normally a sanyasin do not visit any house but the very fact he agreed shows that he knew where the god is. the devotion with which the lord is prayed and worshipped he will answer to the prayers.india is fortunate to have such mahans who guide us to be relieved from this bond of samsara. control of mind is required which is very difficult to achieve but it is not impossible. you have to be luckey if you can do it in this life. we dont know how many more lifes is required for us to reach that stage which periyaval reached in his life. pranams cdr bvn
