Guest guest
Namaste, IMO, The brain is just hardware for the mind, it is the player not the programme or the programmer. The individualised mind puts interpretations on things as well, depending on experience and ego. However the mind goes out and takes the form of the object, which is then played through the brain. Interpretation is important as well. In one way people are not aware of the actions of their Higher Self, so attribute actions to a Deva, or a God, or a Guru or whatever. So everything done at the Higher Level is attributed to a certain God or Guru. Some rather unsavoury individuals are fully aware of this and exploit people. In essence the object and subject are in the same mind, that is the problem; seeing them as separate.......ONS...Tony.

Because of our ego and outward vision, we are not aware of it working just as we are not aware of our subconscious working. So people put all kinds of interpretations on the working of these divisions of mind. For example if vibhuti or amrit appear on a picture of their Guru, or teacher, they will attribute that to the action of the teacher, notwithstanding the fact that the Guru may not even be aware of it. Also the actions of daily karma are also attributed to the leader, as if the leader is everything. This is fine if the teacher IS a Sadguru for he is the inner and the outer. It is however an externalising of the mind still, for people are attributing to a human form things that the form didn't do. Turning inwards puts one more in touch with the Inner Guru and their is no need to 'displace' the image of something else on to it..........ONS...Tony.
