Guest guest
friends, pratyaksha and anumana are different. all objects we see are by anumana and not real ones. only god can be pratyaksha. to see him normal eyes are not sufficient and we need those eyes which lord gave Arjuna to see the Visvaroopa. but Sri narayana Bhattathri says in his sloka,:"i am seeing right infront of me" when he wanted to write a sloka about vaikuntam.but it was visible to his eyes only to no one else. also in Visakhapatnam there is a hanuman temple which is named "Prasanna Anjaneyar swami" i have seen vadas being bitten, fruits being eaten by the lord there. these leelas are for us to see and develop bhakti. if you want to see the god then you must have the third eye ie "Gina eyes". might be mr benjamin may not agree and continue his arguements. the advaita is not idalism in that sense it is practical in every sense. you may be concious or try to be one but the real conciousness is only when you see god.in hindu philosophy, advaita is one part which helps you to realise god, but it is not the ultimate one. pranams. cdr bvn ______________________ Want to chat instantly with your online friends? Guest guest
Dear Respected cbr B Vaidya Nathan You post conclude with the statement: >advaita is one part which helps you to realise god, but it is not the ultimate one. <<< The answer or Question whatever you may call it !!? - Once bhakta and Bhagavaana are one, then there are no two separate entities, everything is united. That is advaita. There is nothing after that. Final destination. This was nicely put forth by saint Kabir – jaba mai.n thaa taba hari nahii.n\, aba hari hai.n mai.n naahi.n . prema-galii ati saa.nkarii\, yaame.n do na samaahi.n .. kabiira .. Things always get confusing when one tries to apply the dvaita rules to adviata. It is like trying to read throoug someelse's priscription glasses.
