Guest guest
Namaste: First, congratulations to Sri Greg for lovely discussions during this month. As always, he was quite accomodative to different viewpoints and the discussions were handled beautifully. Couple of weeks back, Sri Greg, Sri Benjamin and Sri Anandawood have expressed their interest on discussing Sri Atmananda's teachings within the context of - Existence of Objects. Since the October discussion is continuing with great enthuiasm, the list and the members will be greatly benefitted with a dedicated discussion on Atmananda's teaching. Since this is a highly specialized topic, I request that Sri Greg, Sri Benjamin and Sri Anandawood to assume the leadership for this discussion. Sri Anandawood has provided a wise suggestion, asking Sri Greg to take the overall leadership of these discussions. I also want to inform the members that we have previously scheduled Sri Bhasker to lead a discussion on - "AdhyArOpApavAda's role in advaita siddhAnta." Sri Bhasker who lives in India is constrained by limited access to Internet and consequently couldn't lead the discussions. Hopefully, the problems could be resolved in the next several months and he will be able to conduct the discussion on the same topic later next year. During December, I plan to take up the topic - Purushartha (Human fundamental aspirations)and I believe that this is quite suitable for the upcoming holiday season! I will be away for a weeklong vacation and may not be able to clear the pending messages quickly and my advanced apologies if you experience any delays. Please feel free to contact Sri Sunder (sunderh) for quick resolutions. Guest guest
Many Pranams Ramji and Woodji I have not had the good fortune of reading and reflecting on Shri Atmananda's teachings. I did a web search, but wasn't sure I was getting to the right place. Kindly guide me to a book or a web- resource on Sri Atmananda's teachings so that I can follow the discussions on the group better. Many thanks and Pranams Sridhar, Harrow, London -- In advaitin, "Ram Chandran" <rchandran@c...> wrote: > Namaste: > > First, congratulations to Sri Greg for lovely discussions during this > month.
