Guest guest
When I was here last, we expected to abide by a set topic and not faulter from it. Is it still that way and if so, what's the topic exactly? And if we are on a strict topic, would it be, say, innapropriate to respond to something in someone's on-topic post that might open up an off-topic discussion - for instance, if we're not discussing Bhakti right now and I'd like to comment on Ananda's post (which talks about Bhakti)? Thanks. Response from the List Moderators: The moderators do expect the same like you but it is impossible to control the momentary impulses of members from time to time. Also, this list has its service obligation - serve as a source of information to members, list should clarify doubts from members and they arise momentarily and knowledgeable members are obligated to clear such doubts. The moderators do recognize the importance of focusing on the main topic of the month and this month's topic is "Atmanandaji's teaching of Advaita" and the topic leader is Sri Ananda. Please feel free to contribute any discussion closely associated to this month's topic and the list will have no objection!
