Guest guest Posted December 2, 2003 Report Share Posted December 2, 2003 Namaste: The advaitin list maintains two sites for the archived files- (1) The Site: advaitin/ (2) The mirror site: http://www.escribe.com/culture/advaitin Every post that appears in the site gets delivered to the escribe site. However quite a few times, the escribe computer system breaks down and this happens more often. Consequently, the messages are not delivered. Unfortunately, the messages that were received during the failure of the computer system are permanantly lost! One possible remedy is to forward the articles that didn't appear once again. To do this someone need to keep track of the mails on a regular basis. This task is quite time intense and I do not have time for this. If any member volunteers to keep track and forward the missing mails, I can contact escribe computer system and ask them to provide posting privelege to the volunteer. Please let me know if anyone wants to undertake this task. It is also possible to appoint a team of volunteers for this project if few members show interest. I am open to other ideas for maintaining a mirror website with good search capability.
