Guest guest
Sadhana - Shravana, Manana and Nididdyasana Sravana is "hearing" After some time practicing yoga and meditation and study of scripture, the mind becomes pure and there emerges into the mind a sense or force of Intelligence, which one might call the discriminative faculty of the mind, which then reflects the Self in the heart purely like the gradual turning of a mirror to reflect the sun, which in turn illumines everything. Hearing is the reflection of the self in the mind, which create a pulsing of "I as I" versus "I am this and that" this means that the True Hearer hears itself. Manana is the continued reflection of the Self in the mind, which one might as well call remembrance, like coming out of an amnesia, recollection of who one is after a long stupor as though coming out of a coma or drug induced state. Niddidyasana is perfect abiding or perfect repose in the Self. Though in this state the body and mind radiate terrifically and pervasively there is no attention to the flows and continuous deeper and wider expansion of energy consciousness. One abides in and as unconditioned being, unconditioned consciousness, unconditioned, undifferentiated and pervasive love. Pieter
