Guest guest
All word have relative meanings. Two words with opposite meanings convey the idea of the same phenomenon. Mind is hung up on the meaning but the spirit is experiencing the phenomenon. Mind feels hurt with unwanted result but the spirit is simply experiencing as a witness. In the movie theatre, the mind is changing moods according to the difference between what it sees on the screen and what it expects the scene should be. This difference is the cause of the mood change. The spirit is aware of the screen, scene and the mind. The mind is neither aware of the spirit nor the screen. The mind is not aware of the consciousness nor the spirit. Sun, moon , galaxies, snake, rope all are scenes on the consciousness which change every moment to moment. The maya strings such moments together and makes the universe. The Sakshi (the spirit) witnesses the Universe as a play of light and sound in the projected consciousness. The Sakshi (where the ego is absent) is aware of the Universe as a play of light and sound (Bindu and Nada). Adhyasa is a way of explaination arranged by sages through their scriptures to help the mind dominated individuals This only explains that when the Dnyana happens the illusion disappears. Words are illusions and can not convey the real artha (meanings) for the life that is changing. Everything in the life is changing each moment. Mind is never in the present moment to understand or experience the truth. The body too is in the play of the light and sound called LIFE. The mind is a disturbance in the consciousness that follows each moment of the real life. In other words all words and thoughts follow the real life moment. Adhyasa is a word.
