There is nothing on their webpage that indicates that. Apparently, "Splendour" is published by something called YMA publications, located in Hyderabad. The Sringeri Peetham publication "Tattvaloka - The Splendour of Thruth" is to be found on the following webpage: www.tattvaloka.com . The site was recently redesigned, and this magazine is a wonderful source of traditional vedanta and Hindu wisdom. Guest guest
Namaste Stigji, It appears to be quite misleading! http://www.splendourindia.org/splen_jan04_half/power.htm It is obviously trying to masquerade as the Sringeri publication. I have written to the genuine one and hope to hear from them soon. Thanks. Guest guest
yes, Tattavaloka (splendor of truth) is the monthly publication of Sringeri Mutt. in fact, on my recent visit to Chennai, India, i met with Shri RAMACHANDRAN, the editor and publisher of this great monthly magazine , full of truth and splendor. Mr. RAmachandran, formerly REGIONAL editor of READER'S DIGEST , is initiated by the acharya of Sringeri mutt , is dedicated his life to the propagation of Adi shankara's message of Advaita . He is a journalist of enormous experience and this magazine reflects his years of experience in the field of journalism. This magazine is shri Ramachandran;s humble "kanikaai" (guru dakshina) to his Guru! If anyone is interested in subscribing to this wonderful publication , please contact me at adi_shalthi16. thank you ! advaitin, "Stig Lundgren" <slu@b...> wrote: > Namaste Sunderji, > > > Tattvaloka ('Splendour of Truth'), monthly publication of > Sringeri > > Math, will be online on 25th of every month, and full access > will be > > available to regular rs. > > > > http://www.splendourindia.org/login.asp > > > > Is this magazine "Splendour" really a publication from the > Sringeri Peetham? The magazines Splendour and Splendour of Truth are NOT the same. Clarification has been requested from the latter. Sunder
