Guest guest
I have just added a new file (appearances_in_consciousness.pdf) to the 'Advaitin List Themes' directory of 'Files' at the Advaitin groups section of . This contains the essential posts from which I was going to extract bits for a 'key topic' at my website on the subject of 'other streams of consciousness'. (I accept full responsibility for any posts that have been omitted.) Hopefully this will mark the end of this discussion (sighs of relief all round!). (Sunderji - I realised as the file was uploading that this should perhaps have gone to the new Advaitin website but I assume that you are organising this in your own time?) Guest guest
Hi Dennis >I have just added a new file (appearances_in_consciousness.pdf) >to the 'Advaitin List Themes' directory of 'Files' at the Advaitin >groups section of . This is kind of scary! As long as the discussion is confined to the list, I feel that we are just having a cozy and quasi-anonymous little chat among friends. But once you *publish* it like this, I think, 'Oh no! The world may see it!' :-) Just kidding! But 71 pages? You must have enjoyed that topic! I also store much of what appears on this list in my own Word files, and I am amazed at how much accumulates. It's great practice for thinking and writing, but I need to make it less of an addiction. Still, no regrets, except when my style lacks grace or seems pedantic or argumentative. That too, requires practice. Ananda Wood's writings are great examples to emulate in this respect. I hope he returns some day! Hari Om! Benjamin
