Indeed, Hindus perhaps have no other job but cook up stories...I feel

such alarming discrimination must not be done among Hindus,

especially by advaitins. All this fanaticism etc will go if all

Hindus unite to follow Shankara's ideal.

About the tapas in Kashmir during the hidden years of Jesus

there is no reliable evidence that any historian would accept. When we look

at the teachings of Jesus we find nothing that is not in the Jewish tradition

or is not a developement of it. That to my mind is the only evidence that

counts, everything else is airy conjecture. As to why it is necessary for

some elements to claim this those on the ground in India are best placed to

judge. I agree with you in your plea to keep to the high rational road of

Adishankaracarya's teaching.
